Background: Community Development & Institution Management.

  • He has been with the Board since Inception.
  • Microfinance Practitioner for a period spanning over 20years, Francis is one of the founder members of K-rep Group and is still a member of the board of the same institution.
  • He also worked with Small Business Scheme of National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK).
  • Founded Jitegemea Credit Scheme (JCS) in 1998.
  • He is the Current JCS Chief Executive Officer.
